身分証明書（ID）について


TOEFLテスト受験には規定の身分証明書(ID)が必要です。

受験に必須

認められる身分証明書(ID)は、米国ETSの定める以下のIDのみです。必ず有効なIDを持参してください。規定のIDを試験当日に受付で提示できない場合、いかなる理由があっても受験は許可されません。

*1 ETSが規定する所定の項目が記載されていること。（サンプルはこちら）
発行元は在学中または卒業した学校教育法第一条で定める学校（小、中、高等学校、大学等）であること。専修学校及び各種学校が発行するConfirmation of Identity Letterは対象とならない。

*2 学生証にサインが無い場合、学生証発行元でで問題にならなければ、その場で消えないペンでサインすれば有効。
学生証は、中学校、高等学校、高等専門学校、大学、公的機関が設置する職業訓練校、都道府県知事が認可する専門学校が発行するものに限る。

【注意】
IDの氏名の表記は、予約時に登録した氏名と同じであること。婚姻等で変更が生じた場合でも、IDの氏名と異なると受験できませんのでご注意ください。

If testing OUTSIDE your country of citizenship, you MUST present one of the following Identification documents as your primary identification to be admitted to a test center on the test day.

1. PASSPORT　*1
2. US Military ID card 　*2

*1 Your passport MUST be ORIGINAL, VALID and WRITTEN in ENGLISH LANGUAGE LETTER,
and contain a RECENT, RECOGNIZABLE PHOTOGRAPH and SIGNATURE.
- If it does not contain signature, you must sign the document or you must either sign your passport or present an additional ID from the list of secondary identification documents on "Information and Registration Bulletin".
- If your passport is not written in English letters, you must also present an additional ID from the list of secondary identification documents on "Information and Registration Bulletin" that contains recent, recognizable photo and is in English.

*2 If a military ID card does not contain a signature, secondary ID is required.

In Japan only, non-citizens may submit their Alien Registration Card along with a Confirmation of Identity Letter instead of a passport.
